Back in business for good

It’s been a LONG month Embarrassing, but I fell off track. Without exercising regularly I didn’t lose any more weight, I’ve stayed at a solid 209-210 lbs.

Now that my applications are in and my school/social life has began to follow some sort of routine, I can regain focus.

New goal: Prom and Grad

Losing weight is probably one of the hardest things I have ever tried to do. You always want to eat the delicious foods you see. You never want to spend hours in the gym. Breakfast:
Luna protein bar

Lunch:
Whole wheat pita with 1/4 cup hummus and 1/2 cup grilled chicken.
Another protein bar if hungry

Not sure about dinnahhhh.
Can’t wait to go food shopping for fruits and veggies for better lunches
